Alan has worked in the advertising industry for over 10 years and is a self confessed media nerd. He started off working in television and radio before making the move to digital. He has worked with major brands and agencies across Europe before making the move to NYC. Alan handles all of AdRoll's large agency business on the East coast.

Ailbhe (A-l-v-a) has been with the AdRoll Group for over 4 years, originally working in their EMEA HQ in Dublin, Ireland. Ailbhe relocated to New York last year to head up AdRoll’s Small Agency Team which aims to empower ambitious agencies to grow their business through innovative and strategic campaigns. With this team rapidly growing, Ailbhe helps manage Account Managers, Campaign Managers, and New Business Sales. Ask her where the best Guiness in New York is, she has strong opinions and is ready to share!

Having worked with firms ranging from local startups to Fortune 100 companies, Lee specializes in Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Analytics consulting, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Paid Search Management. Lee is a Google Adwords Qualified Partner, a Yahoo! Sponsored Search Ambassador, and a Microsoft adExcellence Member, and is a published author and frequent columnist on several industry websites. He is also a member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Association (SEMPO), and is a regular panelist at Internet marketing conferences. Additionally, Lee serves on the Board of Directors of the Falcone Center for Entrepreneurship at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.






Jessy Preston

Jessy has been in the agency and tech industry for over a decade now. After playing collegiate basketball, she started off her career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners where she managed initiatives for enterprise clients. From there, she moved to Say Media where she had the opportunity to partner with top agencies in North America as well as grow and develop the account management and content management departments. Now she has been at AdRoll for 4.5 years and is currently heading up the Mid Market Agency team in Norther America. Jessy also has an identical twin who has worked in the AdTech space for over a decade.






Nelson Elliott

Nelson Elliott has been in digital since 2011, when he started in traffic acquisition for an ecommerce network. He then moved to the agency side with MEC (now Wavemaker), where he ran search for Fortune 500 clients. In 2016, he joined Croud to help build the New York office - Croud's 4th office globally. There he runs paid search, paid social, and programmatic for the company's rapidly-growing US client base.






Kendra Wilkins
